cup onions, sliced |

cup celery, diced |
|
|

tablespoons butter |
|
|

ounces mushrooms, sliced |
|
|
3 |
ounces Calco Bean Sprouts |
|
|
1/2 |
cup cooked chicken (thin strips) |

|

eggs, beaten |

Cooking Instruction
In a pan saute onions and celery in butter about 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and bean sprouts. Saute 2 more minutes, add chicken and let cool. Pour eggs into hot buttered omelette pan. When omelette begins to firm, sprinkle with sauteed mix and chicken. Cook a few minutes more and serve hot |
