Pork and Shrimp Fried Noodle

Ingredients

Set #1
2 tablespoon minced green onion    
1 tablespoon minced garlic    
Set #2
1 egg white    
2 teaspoon corn starch    
2 teaspoon cooking wine    
1/4 teaspoon salt    
Set #3
2 tablespoon oil    
2 teaspoon soy sauce    
1 teaspoon sugar    
1/4 teaspoon pepper    
Set #4
1 cup of stock    
2 tablespoon soy soace    
2 teaspoon sesame oil    
1/4 teaspoon pepper    
1/4 teaspoon salt    
       
2 LB Shanghai noodle  
7 oz shelled shrimp    
7 oz shredded pork    
2/3 oz coriander    

Cooking Instruction

1. Marinate shredded pork with ingredient set #1

2. Devein shrimp and wash clean, marinate with ingredient set #2

3. Wash bean sprout clean. wash coriander clean and chop fine.

4. Heat the wok, add 3 tablespoon oil and heat to hot. Stir fry ingredients set #1 until fragrant. Add in pork and shrimp, stir-fry evenly. Add in bean sprout, noodle and ingredients set #4; mix well and heat thoroughtly. Mix in coriander and serve.
